Welcome to the Organization!Below are some general guidelines for ALL

MEMBERS to review and acknowledge. Being a member of LSDK is more

than just being in a clan; we are an Organization with standards and you are

expected to adhere to them at all times.

Discipline will be determined on a case-by-case basis by either your Branch

Leadership or the LSDK Board of Directors (Hereafter referred to as BOD)

                       GENERAL RULES

​

-Keep your private life private. Don’t bring your drama into our chats.

Your business is just that: yours.

​

-Be respectful. Inside and outside of the LSDK Organization, you are a

representative of us. On social media or inside the group chats,

conduct yourself with class and dignity. Trash talk, bad sportsmanship,

bad-mouthing others, posting personal pictures of others, anything

that can be considered detrimental to the perception of the

Organization is grounds for disciplinary action up to and including a

misconduct ban.

-Do what is asked of you. You may not understand the reasoning behind

it, but there is a method to the madness. If it is within reason, please

just do what your leadership asks you to do. If it is not within reason,

bring it to the attention of your chain of command and they will direct

further from there.

​

-Inactivity is grounds for removal from LSDK. If you are inactive due to

personal reasons, inform somebody in your leadership as to why you

are inactive so you will not be removed. If you do not interact with the

Organization, don’t show up to events, etc., you may be removed for

inactivity.

​

-If you leave your Branch Chat, you are considered no longer a

member. If you leave for a reason other than to leave LSDK, you need

to inform your VP prior to doing so.

​

-Rejoins are allowed on a case-by-case basis. If you leave on your own,

you may be allowed to rejoin LSDK. If you are removed for misconduct,

you will not be allowed to rejoin.

​

-Playing Group Members: If you are with other members of LSDK, do not

play anyone on a 10-game win streak or higher outside of organized

group functions without their permission. Below 10 games is

acceptable. Screen Shotting inside the organization outside of

Organization Intensive events is not permitted. Posting screen shots of

other members to social media is grounds for a misconduct ban.

-All members who receive a communications ban or social media ban

will be suspended from all Organization activities for its duration, due

to the fact that you would have had to break one of the above

mentioned rules for that to have happened.

​

 

                                    APPEARANCE

​

-LSDK does frequent events, such as FBCB Clan Battles and LSDK

Branch Wars. It is expected of all members to show up to events and

support your Branch and/or Organization.

​

-Members not playing in events but showing up to support are required

to wear the prescribed uniform of the event.

​

-Fake Jays are not allowed.. You will be suspended or kicked from the org if warn multiple times.

 

               

                  LSDK JR BRANCH MEMBERS

​

 

-All LSDK members under the age of 15 are required to have JR in their

gamer tag.

​

-Members between the ages of 16-18 are allowed to join the JR Branch

in a leadership capacity.

​

-JR members must maintain a 2.5 GPA or higher and be able to provide

that information to your Branch VP.

​

-Skipping school or not completing homework is not allowed. Your

education is much more important than a video game. If your grades

begin to fall due to the game, you will be suspended. Continuation of

declining grades is grounds for removal from LSDK.

​

-ACT YOUR AGE! We want you to have fun and enjoy the experience,

but follow the rules. We want this to be an enjoyable experience for

everyone. Being disrespectful or acting out will not be tolerated and

you will not receive special treatment due to your age.

 

 

                   LSDK LADY BRANCH MEMBERS

​

-LADY members may not show any sexual or provocative content in any

LSDK chat or on any social media platform associated with LSDK. This

is grounds for a misconduct ban.

​

-LADY members will report any misconduct or harassment to their

respective Chain of Command IMMEDIATELY (Either your LADY

Captains, VP, your Branch VP, or the LSDK BOD)

​

-LADY members will be treated fairly and equally. As stated above with

JR members. We want you to have fun, we want you to enjoy the

experience, we do not want you to “sit back and look pretty”.

​

 

                  LSDK LEADERSHIP

​

​

-Leaders are chosen by the Branch VP, who is selected by the BOD & CEO

​

-Leaders are expected to act according to their position. You are looked

up to and are therefore at a higher standard. You will be rewarded for

your successes, but you will be punished more harshly for your

mistakes. That’s just the nature of the position.

​

-CAPT and above must be present for tryouts. Any member may

recommend a tryout, but the approval process must go through the

Captains and Recruiters.

​

-Each “Battle Squad” will have at least one Leader. The senior-most

member of the squad will be responsible for ensuring the readiness of

his unit.

​

-Wins and losses will be attributed to the Squad Leader and leadership

positions may be revoked for failure to prepare your squad
